The central meeting corridor symoblises a path in a graveyard with the large pillars representing gravestones, this is reminicant of Florence Nightingale's quote "I stand at the altar of the murdered men..." It also blends with Jane Goodall's quote "...Jane how can you be so peaceful..." as graveyards are both peaceful and symbolise eternal peace.
